2.The Common Cadre positions under Procurement Unit; Human Resource Unit; Accounts Unit and others have been reflected under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development for purposes of this Advert. At the time of issuing Instruments of Appointment, such staff shall be reflected under their respective Parent Ministries in line with the existing Policies and Procedures.

- Participating in continuous monitoring of environmental management issues in the projects and programmes;
- Collecting data for the preparation of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials for sensitization of the Ministry staff and communities;
