Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; or Finance; or Marketing; or Mass Communication from a recognized University/Institution.
Working Experience
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Marketing / Branding Officer for performing the following duties:-

-       Organizing and implementing public relations programs which promote good of the Civil Service College Uganda (CSCU) and that of the Ministry;

-       Arranging for press conferences, articles, press releases, radio and T.V Programs;

-       Participating in publicity cover for Civil Service College Uganda (CSCU) ceremonies, occasions and events; and those of the Ministry;

-       Participating in the conduct of market surveys on the viability and distribution opportunities;

-       Participating in the conduct of surveys on public opinion about the programs and products of the Civil Service College Uganda (CSCU) and performance of the Ministry;

-       Drafting content for dissemination to the public for consideration by the Supervisor;

-       Forging beneficial linkages with other institutions in respect of Marketing and Branding;

-       Designing material or programs that project and promote positive image of the Civil Service College Uganda (CSCU) and the Ministry to the public through various platforms;

-       Supervising, mentoring, coaching, counselling staff and appraising lower level staff of the Unit;

-       Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
