Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honour’s Bachelor’s Degree in either Economics or Social Sciences or Business Administration or Finance or any other related field from a recognized University or Institution plus a minimum of a Postgraduate Diploma in either Economics or Social Sciences or Business Administration or Management or any other related field from a recognized University/Institution.
Working Experience
Applicants should have a minimum of five (5) years working experience three (3) of which must have been gained at Senior Level or Supervisory level in Government or from a reputable organization.
The incumbent will be responsible to the Manager Research and Business Analysis for performing the following duties:-

1. Identifying and documenting business requirements and work flows, resolving ambiguities and conflicting business and building consensus among stakeholders.

2. Liaising with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.

3. Carrying out analysis of business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.

4. Providing support to directorates by gathering and analyzing data in the establishment and/or maintenance of corporate business processes.

5. Conducting and coordinating studies and analysis on resource allocation, evaluation reviews and analyzing business performance

6. Coordinating the management of change requests in relation to the corporate strategy to ensure agreed deadlines are met.

7. Analyzing the existing business trends and generating reports for managements’ adoption on strategic directions based on business insights

8. Managing performance and development of staff in accordance with the Performance Management guidelines

9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
